PRIVATE 1:1 & 1:2 DUET


1:1 Private Pilates will offer a dedicated programme to meet your goals.

1:2 Du​et sessions ​offer a shared session that can be booked with a friend, family member or colleague. These sessions are catered to your individual needs whilst sharing the space and cost.

I am experienced in working with clients who struggle to find time for themselves and are experiencing burnout. Through stress and busy lives​, they have lost flexibility and are suffering from chronic pain or persistent injuries. ​ 

With over five years of teaching experience, my commitment is to ensure ​each session is designed to meet your needs and offer you dedicated time to achieve your fitness goals.​ Many clients experience a​n increased state of well-being by introducing a regular Pilates practice​ into their lives.

MWL Studio is temporarily paused while I expand the space. This expansion will allow me to offer more regular 1:1 and Duo Pilates sessions in the future, providing greater flexibility and availability for your practice.
