I offer 1:1 and small group sessions which are ideal for anybody looking for support recovering from an injury, chronic pain, or wanting to strengthen their body.

Together we’ll explore any areas of concern or development you have and create your personal fitness goals. I am experienced working with clients who often feel stressed or recovering from injuries and want to take back ownership of their inner state of well-being. 

I offer at-home tutorials for Brighton residents and I also work with clients internationally via Zoom.
